The wine of the month for June is the Merlot "Merlot Elbage 2020"
Azumino's crisp Merlot was aged for one year in French oak barrels and then for another year in the bottle. It has a deep red color, a rounded body and little acidity. The fruitiness is intact, and the vanilla aroma from the barrels brings out the Merlot's characteristics even more.
