Today, November 16th (Thursday), is the annual release date of Beaujolais Nouveau.
Hama Wine Nouveau will also be available.
This year, we will start with the orange wine "Mahoroba no Tasogare 2023".
The color is the same as last year. This is a fully ripe Delaware harvested by volunteer members of Yokohama Vineyard. The alcohol content is 12% higher than last year. It has a sweet aroma and is easy to drink. Continuing with the 2022 series, it is fermented with natural yeast, does not add sugar, does not filter to remove yeast, and does not use antioxidants.
Last year's release "Mahoroba no Tasogare 2022" is sold out due to popular demand. This year's Nouveau will impress orange wine lovers!
