1. How to order
STEP1Shopping cart
On the product page, select the product you want and the quantity.
Click the "Add to Cart" button.

A pop-up will appear with the messages "View Cart" and "Continue Shopping." If you want to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you want to check the contents of your cart , click "View Cart." Once you have finished selecting your items, click "Checkout."
*About gift wrapping
Gift boxes are available for an additional fee.

Please select the gift box you need from the "Gifts" product list on the top page and proceed to "Checkout".
*When using gift wrapping (free of charge),

STEP2Login
[For those who have already registered My Page]
Please log in with the email address and password you entered when registering.
[For those who are not registered on My Page]
Registration for My Page is required, so click "Register My Page" Please complete the procedure below.
STEP 3: Specify delivery address
Please select the delivery address. You can choose "shipping" or "in-store pickup". There is no shipping charge for "in-store pickup". If you are entering a new address, please select "Use a new address" and enter the address. Click "Continue to selecting delivery method".
STEP 4 Confirm delivery method and delivery address
For deliveries to Naka-ku and Nishi-ku in Yokohama, you can use our free local delivery service. Local delivery options will automatically appear for eligible addresses. Please enter any delivery instructions you would like to include in the "Delivery Instructions" field.
If there are no problems with the shipping information, click "Proceed to payment".

STEP 5 : Select your payment method and billing address
You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, convenience store payment, smartphone payment, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.
If you would like to pick up your order in store and pay at the store, please select convenience store payment, smartphone payment, or bank transfer. In that case, please enter the required information in the "billing address" field.
>How to use credit cards
If you selected "Credit card payment" as your payment method, please enter your credit card details.
If you would like to specify a different billing address, please select "Use a different billing address" and enter it.
To avoid any hassle the next time you make a purchase, we recommend that you select "Save my information for next purchase."
Once you have finished entering the information, click " Pay Now " to complete the payment.

STEP 6: Order completed
Now your order process is complete.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within two business days, please contact us by email at ask@yokohamawinery or by phone at 045-228-9713, stating your order number.
You will receive a notification email regarding delivery at a later date. If you have specified a delivery time or wrapping, please check the details in this email.

2. Payment
The online store accepts credit card payments and cash on delivery (cash only).

3. Delivery
Regarding delivery
All products ordered by customers will be delivered by Yamato Transport. You cannot specify the delivery company.
You can also specify the date and time of delivery. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items and the delivery area. Please see " Shipping Costs" below.

Due to weather conditions, there may be delays in delivery of packages to some areas.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and appreciate your understanding.

Regarding delivery
All products ordered by customers will be delivered by Yamato Transport. You cannot specify the delivery company.
Once your package has been shipped from Yokohama Winery, we will send you an email with the package number.
Based on this, you can check the delivery status and make changes to your delivery instructions using the Yamato Transport parcel inquiry system.

About shipping date
If you pay in advance, we will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving your payment unless a specific date is specified.
If you are in a hurry, please let us know.
Regarding delivery time designation
1. Specifying a Delivery Date If you would like to specify a delivery date, please enter your desired date in the [Communication] section when placing your order.
Please note that due to difficulties in arranging delivery, we are unable to accept requests for delivery dates and times after the seventh day from the regular shipping date.
2. Specify delivery time
Please select your preferred delivery time from the options below.
- in the morning
- 14:00-16:00
- 4pm to 6pm
- 6pm to 8pm
- 7:00pm - 9:00pm *Delivery dates and times may not be able to be tailored to your wishes due to weather, traffic conditions, and other factors.
If you are not at home
If you are not at home on the delivery date, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox.
Please contact the Yamato Transport office listed on this delivery slip to request redelivery within six days of the shipment date.
If you are unable to receive your parcel after the storage period (6 days) has expired,
Your package will be temporarily returned to our company. If you would like it redelivered, you will be charged the shipping fee for redelivery and the shipping fee for redelivery.
About your purchase invoice
A purchase invoice showing the amount will not be included with the product you receive.
Please be forewarned.
Please refer to the order confirmation email and accompanying receipt that we send you as your delivery note.
4. Refunds
When the product arrives, please first check that there are no defects in the product and that it matches your order.
Returns must be made within one week of receiving the product.
If you wish to return an item, please fill out the required information on the inquiry form and submit your request.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on products received as gifts.
Regarding refunds: The refund amount will be the price of the product only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
The refund method will vary depending on the original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return and refund within 1-2 weeks.

Depending on your card billing date, the amount initially charged may be debited from your card and refunded the following month.

In the case of cash on delivery, refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Please be sure to fill in your desired transfer account number in the return form.
In the case of a refund due to customer convenience, a bank transfer fee of 320 yen will be deducted.

- All return procedures are handled by the customer who placed the order. Therefore, any requests for returns or refunds must come from the customer, and we will also confirm and approve the request from the customer. <Notes when returning>
- The wine is still alive. Please return it using the same delivery method as when it was delivered (regular, refrigerated, etc.).
- If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
When returning the item, please use a method that will leave a copy of the shipping receipt, such as Takkyubin or Yu-Pack.
