This wine is made from 100% fully ripe Delaware grapes harvested in Takabatake Town, Yamagata Prefecture in 2020. This is Yokohama Winery's first orange wine, which was born miraculously after work was delayed due to a power outage caused by a typhoon the previous year. This year, we have conducted extensive research and created a more refined flavor.
■Tasting Notes The sweet aroma of Delaware has been enhanced with richness and complexity, resulting in a deep-flavored wine that lives up to the warm orange color. It goes well with dishes that emphasize the natural flavor of the ingredients, such as a light salad made with fresh vegetables or a hot pot with a dashi flavor.
