It has been one month since our brewing license was granted on November 1st. We are able to release our products thanks to the support of many people. The products were created through the combined efforts and thoughts of many people, including those who connected grape growers, the producers who grew the grapes, the transportation company who supported distribution, the people who provided 24-hour rescue for the handling of the brewing equipment, those who supported us financially, those involved in local production and consumption in Yokohama, and those who helped with brewing. I hope that you will now convey this feeling to everyone and weave a new story. First, let’s start with two brands! Currently available in store only.

"Bashamichi"

Alcohol content: 11% 100% Kyoho grapes from Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture Nakano City is the fruit kingdom of Nagano. We have collected Kyoho grapes from multiple producers that have ripened twice. Enjoy the vivid color and aroma of Kyoho grapes, brewed using the skin contact method. ¥2,500 (excluding tax)

"Minatomirai"

Alcohol content: 9.6% 100% Delaware from Motosawa, Yamagata A dry wine made by blending the highly sour green Delaware grapes from Motosawa, Yamagata City with fully ripe Delaware grapes. The producers are young people who are working hard to restore vineyards that are becoming abandoned. We have put our heart and soul into this wine, hoping to pass on their passion to the future. ¥2,500 (excluding tax) Directions to the brewery can be found here
