On Friday, February 16th, we released a limited edition of 50 full bottles of Motomachi, made from 100% Iwate mountain grapes, and due to popular demand, we will be releasing an additional 50 bottles. Produced at Shimodazawa Farm in Kunohe Village, Iwate Prefecture. Made from 100% wild grapes that have been carefully grown using natural farming methods. We made this wine without filtering, taking care to preserve the sourness, sweetness, and bitterness that are characteristic of wild grapes. Rich purple-red color. Wild grapes are highly nutritious, with about three times the polyphenols and vitamin B6, four times the calcium, five times the iron, and 5.5 times the malic acid compared to regular grapes.
