ワイン勉強会@横濱ワイナリー第6回

Wine Study Group @Yokohama Winery 6th

A theme will be decided for each session, and participants will have fun learning about Japanese wine.
I hope there will be more fans of Japanese wine. Wine beginners are welcome! The sixth session will focus on the theme of "Chardonnay." Chardonnay is known as the queen of white wine. I would like to compare Chardonnay from Japan and France. What are the unique characteristics of Japanese wine grapes? It is impossible to fully describe them all with just a few varieties, but I hope to discover the goodness of Japan by getting to know the taste of Burgundy, where it is said to have originated. I chose Chardonnay this time for a reason, but I would like to try other varieties in the future.
