Wine beginners are welcome! The sixth session will focus on the theme of "Chardonnay."
Chardonnay is known as the queen of white wine. I would like to compare Chardonnay from Japan and France. What are the unique characteristics of Japanese wine grapes? It is impossible to fully describe them all with just a few varieties, but I hope to discover the goodness of Japan by getting to know the taste of Burgundy, where it is said to have originated.
