This Koshu wine was harvested in 2018 in Katsunuma-cho, Koshu-shi, Yamanashi Prefecture, and aged for seven months in stainless steel tanks. Despite its low alcohol content, it has a refreshing crispness and soft acidity. As you can tell from its clear color, this is one of the most mild Hama Wines.

■Tasting Notes: This sake has a light and dry finish with aromas of ripe apples and tropical fruits. It has just the right amount of acidity and a subtle umami flavor that is very Koshu-like, and when paired with Japanese food that contains sourness and dashi, such as sushi and vinegared dishes, the gorgeous flavor fills your mouth.
