Fuji apples harvested in Fukushima, the kingdom of fruit, in 2019. Although a considerable amount of time has passed since then, many people in the area say that things are still not as they used to be. We met a couple who grow such beautiful apples that they blew away such gloomy talk. This is a natural apple wine fermented only with the yeast contained in the ingredients. No added antioxidants. *This is not a sparkling wine.
