Mornings in the green valley begin with a white mist. Clouds hang low among the mountains. I sigh, thinking that the towering mountain peaks across the valley will be invisible today. Soon the birds begin to sing. The grape leaves begin to rustle. It's the wind. Then the white air begins to fade quietly. Slowly, the green valley gradually spreads out from the white world below. I raise my eyes. The ridges of the high mountains come into view. In the next moment, the peaks begin to glow orange in the morning sun. Mornings in Azumino are beautiful. Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by its pale yellow color and refreshing aroma. The 2022 harvest was delayed in order to wait for the sugar content to increase, but it did not increase as much as expected. However, perhaps due to the increased ripeness, the grapes have a soft acidity and depth. In accordance with Yokohama Winery's policy, the wine was not added sugar or filtered, and was fermented slowly at low temperatures. The first notes are fruity, and the result is a well-balanced, dry wine that is easy to drink.

Refreshing citrus flavor. Soft acidity. The sweet nectar scent of a flower garden spreads down your throat. Low alcohol content at 9%. Easy to drink, with a gentle aroma and deep flavor. Recommended pairing with healthy snacks such as stir-fried vegetables and mushrooms, creamy dishes, and fish dishes.
