Hama Wine Pairing Dinner @ Mikuni Yokohama
Yokohama Winery holds events where you can enjoy pairing Yokohama-brewed Hama Wine with a variety of foods.
This pairing is, Mikuni Yokohama is located on the 29th floor of Sky Building at the east exit of Yokohama Station.
Seto Takashi inherits the spirit of the owner and chef, Mikuni Kiyomi The chef, A variety of dishes are created with the producers' thoughts in mind, offering a "feast of the original flavors and aromas of the ingredients." Enjoy a "pairing" dinner course in which each dish brings out the delicious flavor of locally grown ingredients, such as vegetables and seafood from around Yokohama, is paired with a Hama wine.
