This wine is made using only fully ripe Delaware grapes harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture in 2021. The fruitiness unique to table grapes brings a different enjoyment that is comparable to wine grapes. This is a fruity and mellow taste that shows new possibilities for Japanese wine.

■Tasting Notes It has the original aroma of Delaware and a sweet aroma like pear. Although it is dry, you can feel a mellow sweetness in the depths of the flavor, so you can enjoy it chilled as an aperitif. It goes well with sweet and salty appetizers such as prosciutto and melon, and spicy dishes such as curry. It is fermented slowly at low temperatures. It has a softer and gentler taste.
