Toki apples harvested in Goshogawara, Aomori in 2020.

A cross between Fuji and Orin, this somewhat unusual apple is yellow all over with a slight red color on the side exposed to the sun. It has a mild acidity, a refreshing sweetness and aroma, and a crunchy texture.

The producer Toki Apple Farm in Goshogawara. The Toki apples are a product of the Yokohama Winery shop ".blue (Point Blue)". They are fermented in the bottle for a second time. This cider has a gentle, weak foam and does not contain any antioxidants.
