Hama Wine Gift New Label "Travel" Series Orange and Red Wine Set
We have created a distinctive wine in the long-established trading city of Yokohama using orange wine brewed with Delaware grapes, which have been popular on the Japanese dining table, and Yamabudo grapes, a grape native to Japan. It is packaged in a special gift box at a great price. The label has also been completely redesigned. The theme is "travel." It expresses the view of Yokohama from a boat (orange wine) and the view of the sea seen by a woman about to depart on a journey (red wine).

MAHOROBA TWILIGHT - Mahoroba Twilight 2023
Made from 100% fully ripe Delaware grapes harvested in Takahata-cho, Yamagata Prefecture. This year marks the fifth year of Yokohama Winery's orange wine production, which was miraculously born due to a delay in work caused by a power outage caused by a typhoon. Volunteer members of Yokohama Vineyard harvested the grapes in early September and brewed them into orange wine in Yokohama. Fermented with natural yeast and no added antioxidants. Enjoy the freshness of freshly bottled wine. Adds richness and complexity to the original sweet aroma of Delaware. Goes well with light salads made with fresh vegetables, hot pots with a strong dashi flavor, and spicy dishes such as curry.

Grape-colored Aria - YAMABUDOU 2021
This wine uses 2021 wild grapes, carefully grown in Kunohe Village, Iwate Prefecture, using a method similar to natural farming without the use of herbicides or chemical fertilizers. The sweet and sour, rich and powerful body contains a lot of polyphenols. The wine retains the wild power of the grapes.
■Tasting notes Its color is so rich that it dyes the glass. The aroma of herbs and mint spreads over the stewed blackberries, and when you put it in your mouth, you can fully enjoy the concentrated flavor of natural wild grapes that does not betray its appearance. The punchy acidity and mellow taste behind it are recommended for when you want to refresh yourself, or as a medicinal drink, such as drinking a little at a time every night.
